Racket Assembly Process

 

1.Preparation of MaterialsBlade Selection:

Choose a high-quality blade that suits the player's style.Rubber Selection: Select the appropriate rubber based on player preferences (spin, speed, control).Adhesive: Use a specialised table tennis glue that meets professional standards.Side Tape: Choose durable side tape for protection and aesthetics.

 

2.Gluing the RubberSurface Cleaning:

Ensure that both the blade and rubber surfaces are clean and free of dust.Applying Glue: Evenly apply glue to both the blade and rubber, ensuring full coverage.Drying Time: Allow the glue to dry for the recommended time to achieve optimal adhesion.

 

3.Installing the RubberAlignment:

Carefully align the rubber with the blade, ensuring it is centered and straight.Pressing: Firmly press the rubber onto the blade, starting from the center and moving outward to eliminate air bubbles.Trimming Excess Rubber: Use a sharp knife to trim any excess rubber along the edges of the blade for a clean finish.

 

4.Applying Side TapeMeasuring Tape Length:

Cut the side tape to the appropriate length to cover the edges of the blade.Positioning: Align the tape along the edge of the blade, ensuring it adheres properly.Pressing Down: Firmly press the tape down to secure it in place, ensuring no air bubbles are trapped underneath.

 

5.Final InspectionQuality Check:

Inspect the assembled racket for any imperfections or misalignments.Testing: Conduct a brief test to ensure the rubber is securely attached and the racket feels balanced.

 

6.Packaging and DeliveryProtective Packaging:
